• No Pets, No Smoking & No Fireworks – Non-compliance Fee $500 each.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel for any reason all payments made are not refundable. If we are notified of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your check-in day, your payments may be transferred to a new reservation for a future stay. Otherwise, all payments will be forfeited. Changes regarding the length of stay for existing reservations may not be made within 48 hours of arrival. Payment transfers must be used within one year of original date of first payment and may not be transferred to another accommodation at the same time of cancelled reservation.

No Shows: If you fail to check-in by noon on the day after your scheduled check-in (without notifying our office) your reservation will no longer be available and 50% of the remaining balance will be charged on the credit card used for the deposit.
